• Oversee the opening of new outlets (restaurants, bars, event venues, clubs, online and physical F&B stores, vacation rentals..) from the business planning and pre-construction phase to the delivery of the project.
• Work with general contractors, architects/engineers, lawyers, and public entities to deliver projects within deadlines.
• Work with vendors, distributors, importers, and third parties to procure goods (food & beverage) and services the business will need to operate.
• Develop menus and wine-lists for f&b outlets, and create wine cellars for private collectors and wine investors.
• Perform effective reviews of existing business areas (restaurant, bar, events, F&B retail, nightclubs), suggest changes to improve performances and solve problems.
• Hire, support, and train management and staff during the changes, from the creation of a project to the final implementation.
• Find new strategies to increase brand awareness including (but not limited to) marketing campaigns and events.
• Help foreign investors start a new hospitality business in the US.
